I recently bought this product and could not wait to use. I take trips on the weekends out of state and this is the miracle I have been looking for. No more looking up everything online, just one push of a button and I can go anywhere I want to go. Amazing!! Don't know how I've made it this long without it.

Great GPS. I use it on 1 trip it was on track perfect. I say "was" because when you have a gps in your pocket with a cell phone do not sit in your car. I crack the screen on it. But as far as the unit itself I Would recommend this item to any one.

I got this cause I liked that it had highway lane guidance. I like that it has several route options that I can choose from and the graphics are very good. This unit although Amazon says it has highway lane guidance which displays the overhead road sign and the actual lane to be in. It doesn't. So if you want a Magellan GPS with highway lane guidance, this won't work. Still you can't beat the price.

The operational instructions for the Magellan are somewhat vague. The only way to learn how to operate it is to actually use it and start pushing all the buttons, the written instructions are kind of useless. When a destination is actually set the unit is quite specific and useful. Magellan is not very up to the minute on areas that are new, say within the last three years, we had to get to somewhere close by that had been around for more than five years. The Magellan did function well and I am quite happy overall.
