Doesn't work on Ford Vans June 7, 2010

I was really upset when before I bought the GT tuner I e-mailed tim@bullydog.com and he said it would work on my 06 Ford E-350 diesel van.
It doesn't work for the van. I gave it to my dad and it works fine on his 05 Ford F-250 Diesel.
